IMW

The future is now.

Three dimensional printing is a method of converting 3D computer models into a physical object. These 3D prints are made by printing successive layers on top of one another.

> Allows for physical models without tooling

> Can be printed in color

> Many materials available

> Flexible materials available

> Snap fits can be tested

IMW works with key suppliers to offer 3D printing

technologies to our clients. We are able to offer FDM,

SLA and 3D printing models.

Fused Deposition Modeling:

FDM creates strong plastic prototype models with

several colors available.

Stereolithography:

SLA builds precise models but is more expensive than

FDM.

3D Printing:

ZCorp process is excellent for high volume parts such as architectural models.

Cutting edge technology now allows for some metals to be printed

direct from CAD models. DMP, direct metal printing is available

through our suppliers. The process utilizes a layering technique to

print the work piece one layer at a time from metal powder.
