Boxing/Sorting Machine

Aspenware Inc. and IMW have worked closely for the past 3 years designing , building and developing equipment to allow Aspenware to mass produce its incredible unique wooden cutlery.

Various machine centers have been designed and built. The boxing sorting machine shown below is one example. A key challenge for us with the Aspenware account has been to design the equipment with as many easily sourced “off the shelf parts” as possible. The machine shown below has only a handful of custom machined components. All other parts are ordered from a catalog and are available within 1 week. This has allowed Aspenware to assemble the machinery themselves, in house, using just basic hand tools.
