The individual doors are set to stop the conveyors when opened allowing a new box to be placed on the belt, closing the door restarts the system feeding in the next box. Each of the 5 conveyors is located on a scissor lift to allow different height boxes to be utilized,

 

The frame is constructed from aluminum structural system so no welding or painting is required on this product. This and all of our machines are designed with as much safety in mind as possible. It is one of our main goals to create safe equipment.
